Meet one of my favorite mashups of the summer by way of veggie-based booze in the rocks glass. I like to think of it as Gin and Juice meets the Fountain of Youth.
AgraCulture’s latest cold-pressed “juicetail,” the Fountain of Gin chips away at your daily serving of veggies with the amazing lean, mean, green cold-pressed Fountain of Juice.
And, it’s happy hour so bring your favorite local crafted gin to the table along with the fixin’s and a pretty glass. Now you have a legit reason to make a toast to your health – and the weekend!
Half-fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add gin and Fountain of Juice.
Add dash of bitters to ice filled glass rocks glass. Strain gin and juice into glass. Top off with tonic. Garnish with pineapple and fennel fronds.
